REFUND POLICY

In the event of a no-show or unutilised bookings, users are required to request any valid and applicable refunds according to the vendor's policies or within 15 days from the travel date, whichever is earlier. No refund will be issued for requests made after 30 days from the travel date/check-in as previously mentioned. All unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized bookings will be deemed forfeited.

Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request, following receipt of the refund from the concerned vendor. Payments will be refunded to the same original payment method, such as the credit card or bank account used for the initial payment. For B2B bookings, refunds or credits will be applied to the travel agent’s Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC account balance. In the event of an agent's account closure, the agent must use their balance or settle any dues (if applicable). No money transfers will be made to the travel agent’s bank account under any circumstances.

If a user books services offered by the vendor and is subsequently unreachable using the provided contact details, the tour/travel reservation will be canceled. Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC or the vendor will not be liable for any charges or expenses incurred by the user, directly or indirectly.

Refund claims resulting from cancellations or delays of flights by the vendor will be contingent on Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC receiving the refund from the vendor. If the vendor does not issue the refund to Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC, the company will not be held liable.

Cancellations or re-scheduling of flight tickets up to 24 hours before departure will be managed by Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC. For cancellations less than 24 hours before departure, users should directly contact the airlines and inform Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC for refund processing.

Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC will impose a cancellation fee, which varies by transaction and service type. This fee will be in addition to the airlines' cancellation fees. Similarly, for other services, such as bus tickets, Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC will add its own cancellation fees over the vendor’s cancellation fees.

The cancellation policy is defined and governed by the vendor, and Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC cannot alter it. Refunds will be processed only after Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC is notified by the user.

Partial cancellations may or may not be allowed, depending on the vendor's cancellation policy.

Re-scheduling of services (e.g., date changes for flights) will incur fare differences, airlines' re-scheduling or penalty charges, and Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC's re-scheduling fees.

Fees for domestic and international bookings, cancellations, and re-scheduling will vary based on the service.

Name changes, title changes, age changes, sector changes, and similar requests are generally not accommodated by vendors. Any such changes or additional requests not covered here will not be entertained by Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC. Users must work directly with the vendor, and Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC will not be responsible or liable in any capacity.

Once a confirmed ticket or service is booked or generated, convenience fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. For special discounted return fares, both sectors must be canceled together.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary visa, passport, or other travel requirements. Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC will not be responsible for any inadequacies in these requirements.

Please check the baggage allowance for cabin and check-in. Note that no free baggage allowance is provided for infants. Meals, seat selections, and special requests are not guaranteed. Users should confirm these details directly with the vendor.
